Cyber Attack Virus For Android Mobile Devices

I appear to have been infected with a virus that sent a fake text to my son saying that I had been in a collision. The message caused great concern. This message appears in my phone folder but I can't open and it is marked with a red triangle and the letters ppl. Any advice on what to do next please?

Answer:At first scan your android phone with good antivirus.If any virus will be found then delete it.Sometimes the antiviruses can detect tough viruses,so if u android os with you then format existing os and install again it.If u don't have os,then go to the best android mobile shop and tell about your problem.By that u can easily can get rid from that problem.
